Lodestar provides tools for personal planning, goal-setting, reflection, organization, and self-development.

Lodestar does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Lodestar may offer AI-assisted features to help analyze or summarize User Content.

  • AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only

  • AI does not replace professional judgment

  • You remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms or services.

Lodestar is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and logos associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Lodestar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could harm the platform or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy or reliability of content

  • Availability or uninterrupted access

  • Results obtained from using the Services

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
